Built by Admiral Mariotti Yachts, the vessel was launched in July 2008.  She is the first 54-meter superyacht built by AMY, the joint venture between CNL and T.Mariotti of Genoa. Designed by Luca Dini Design Studio, she is simply a truly unique yacht charter megayacht. The hull is distinguished immediately by its color - shiny black.  The silhouette of the ship is imposing but sinuous thanks to the lateral rounding off of the silver gray superstructure.

Designed to accommodate 10 passengers in 5 cabins and up to 12 crewmembers, the yacht reaches 54 meters in length and expands over four decks.  Balconies, folding terraces and skylights lend to a wonderful connection to the outside world while enjoying the impressive, unique space onboard. 

The main salon (living room) houses a spacious lounge area, a retractable high definition 12-foot home cinema and a media room. 

In the master cabin, works of art commissioned by the owner for placement onboard this yacht represents the concept of earth, sea and the universe.  The folding terraces allow a feeling of direct connection with the sea.  Multiple TV’s and an 8-foot high definition home theater system allow luxury yacht charter guests to watch a movie in absolute privacy.  In the master bathroom, an aged mirrored mosaic surrounds a large rain shower, nebulizer and steam room with a separate cloakroom.

The stern is organized to offer an unsurpassed “terrace on the sea” as the garage is decorated with a sofa and a table so that when the platform is open it becomes a real patio Tenders and water jets here reside in a side-accessed garage. The main deck − where the hall and owner’s cabin are located − is decorated with doors equipped with platforms with hydraulic opening which lower down to create real terraces. One is at the level of the main hall and thanks to a royal staircase that connects it to the water, it becomes an access way for guests.

The sundeck is a huge, relaxation area with Jacuzzi and sushi bar, while the upper deck hosts the gym and a wide dining room that can accommodate up to 30 people.
